Am I able to choose the colors that I want?
Yes. If you would like to choose your own custom colors please email us at: questions@earcandycouture.com
There will be an additional cost for extra colors.
How much is shipping and handling?
A rate of $8.00 will be charged on most shipments. Standard shipments are sent with the United States Post Office via First Class Mail and will require a signature confirmation. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Priority and Express deliveries are available upon request at an additional charge. Shipping prices are subject to vary for international orders and an invoice will be manually sent on international orders for the balance of international shipping cost.
How big are the earrings?
The earrings are about 3 1/2" in diameter. If you would like to purchase a different size (whether bigger or smaller) please email us at: questions@earcandycouture.com to inquire about sizes/prices.
How do I place an order?
Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be directed to pay via PayPal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm and will be shipped within 10-15 business days after completion of payment processing (excluding weekends and holidays) as jewelry is made to order and we receive heavy volumes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow additional time for international orders and around holidays as we receive a heavier volume.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Express Delivery. This will ensure that your package can be tracked. Should we receive an order placed via the website with an international address you will receive a Paypal invoice for the additional cost to ship internationally.
Are the earrings heavy?
There is minimal weight added to the earrings due to the multitude of stones, but they are not as heavy as they appear. If you feel you have sensitive ear lobes please be mindful before placing your order as all sales are final.
I have sensitive skin. What are the post made out of?
The earring post are made with lead free and nickel free silver and gold (depending on which pair is purchased) to reduce or prevent irritation.
What is going to appear on my statement?
'EARCANDYCOU' will appear on your bank statement.
Are rush orders available?
Yes! We charge an additional $25 on all rush orders in addition to $20 for the cost of express /overnight shipping with the United States Postal Service as all jewelry is made to order and will take precedent over previously placed orders.

Customer service is Ear Candy Couture's number one priority.
Due to health concerns Ear Candy Couture is unable to accept any returns or exchanges on merchandise. Additionally, once tracking/shipping information has been provided to the customer we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Signature confirmation will be required for packages unless otherwise noted. We ship via the United States Postal Service so if you have any questions about the whereabouts of your package please contact USPS at
